The advert consists of the two Australian guys, Brad & Dan sitting in their hut taking phone calls from guys all over the world who call up with problems seeking the boy's advice. Each advert consists of a different caller with a different problem, yet each advert is structured in a similar way:
1) Establishing shot of the location (normally being a beach), a phone can be heard ringing
2) A close up shot of the phone itself and one of the boys answering it
3) The boys answering the phone with the usual "Gooday!"
4) A shot of the caller revealing his name and the location he is calling from
5) The boys giving him a nickname e.g, "hi guys, it's Jack from London" "Jacko!"
6) The problem is revealed by the caller. The problem always seems to consist of women troubles...
7) The boys come up with a solution to the callers problem and each make a smart and witty comment.
8) Whilst one of the boys is talking to the caller, the other one is signalling something to a bikini babe on the beach
9) The boys give a solution to the callers problem. Their advice is seemingly useless...
10) The caller thanks the boys for their advice
11) the boys acknowledge the thanks and hang up with a cheerful "Tuuroh!"
12) The caller then carries out the boys advice
13) The advert ends with a close up of a freshly pulled pint of Fosters and a voiceover says: "Fosters, Good Call"

By following this simple structure I was able to create my own Fosters Adverts. I would pretend to be the caller seeking advice about my girlfriend as she has been giving me the silent treatment for no reason and she has been using sex as a weapon against me. After establishing the problems I was able to create witty and clearly useless advice for the boys to give the caller.
Being one of the boys myself, I was able to create humour in the fact that I can do a fairly good Australian accent whilst my colleague Aaron Lampard could not!
Humour came in the accents, the location I filmed in (being my own shed which had operating washing machines in the background), the clearly useless advice the boys gave and what happened when the caller tried this advice out...
